This is our smallest and coziest one bedroom vacation villa in Costa Rica, great for a couple with everything combined into a single very large room 21 x 21 with a large terrace for your Costa Rica relaxation. It is completely furnished with living room area, kitchen/ dining area, bedroom area with king bed, and large full bath with shower. As with all of our vacation rental villas, it is fully equipped for day to day, week to week, or month to month living with everything necessary. The front terrace is ideal for relaxing and viewing the ocean, gulf, mountains, and valleys spread out before you, with the lights of Esparza, Puntarenas, Caldera, and other towns on the coast and in the valleys spectacular at night.

It is completely fenced with electronic security gate, nice landscaping, and parking space, with full laundry facilities nearby.
